Do i need to be online in order to play crysis 1 for the xbox 360?

Before i purchase the game from xbox live i would like to know,do i need to be signed in on xbox live every time in order to start the game?

As long as you're one the console where it was first purchased, you don't have to be online. If you're on any other console, then yes you do.
